The coaching programme with Paul Ryder offers 2 parts:

1: A full education structure on how the mind puts the world together creating anxiety, stress and limiting beliefs. This allows the client the ability to have full control over their mind and its functions.

2: The confidential and secure space to reflect on challenging situations and emotions allowing each client to come to terms and release any past traumas or anxieties.

The mind is just like a computer and will store beliefs and expectations in its own way…the challenge is though that very often we are not taught how to understand the mind in school. It is this lack of awareness of the mind which is the cause of all anxiety and struggle in life!

The process of the 9 stages has been defined over the 25 years of Paul Ryder’s personal study and is extremely is powerful and efficient and has already brought life changing results to hundreds of clients.

Each of the 9 stages is a progressive unfoldment of personal reflection and psychological education allowing the mind to feel completely secure at each step. Though the main key is that as it is measurable each client can asses exactly where they are at each step allowing full control and reassurance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Which areas of my life can I work on with coaching?

A: The areas of your life which can be worked on are entirely your choice and we have worked with people from all background, ages and experience levels.

The areas could be your career, your business, your confidence and self esteem, skills enhancement, overcoming phobias, your personal relationships, your social life, workplace/ social conflict, working through past trauma, motivation, health and fitness, weight loss/gain and many other areas, but contact us to find more information.

Q: How many session will it take?

A: The amount of sessions required will range from person to person so it will be difficult for any estimation to be made in the initial session.

During the session it is easier to liken the mind to a computer. Within the computer are programmes, (beliefs) which create results (our actions) and if the programmes are relatively straight forward to unlock or the client is simply after psychological education the sessions may be as little as one or two. (Please watch the video on the main “coaching” page) However if the belief patterns are complex and hidden within the sub-conscious mind it will take longer.

It is understandable that results are desired as soon as possible, but please note that the mind will only release limiting beliefs and/ or allow success when it feels comfortable and this process cannot be forced and any form of forcing results will only reverse the process and slow results.
The coaching session unless pre agreed will be once per week, we have found this to be the optimum method for reaching the highest results.

Q: Are there any concerns or reactions during the sessions that i should be aware of?

A: With any coaching around the emotions there is always the possibility that it can at some points be emotionally tender, but our coaches are of an extremely high level and or well versed dealing with challenging situations, however if this happens it is usually very short lived and a new feeling of confidence will arise immediately after as the limiting belief is resolved.

However for the majority of clients they find coaching an inspiring and rewarding journey where they happily face the challenges of limiting beliefs as they become aware of the benefits and realisations of their new lifestyle.If the coaching is purely around education (personal fitness training for example) it is a very simple and enjoyable process and is a general case of practising new skills.

Q: What is required from me during the coaching sessions?

A: The coaching process requires 100% commitment from both coach and client. During the session it is required that you:-Bring a journal to write your learning’s in and complete during and outside of sessions.
Complete homework set
Be punctual
Be honest
And any other guidelines stated on the initial terms and conditions

Q: Are the sessions confidential?

A: All coaching sessions are extremely confidential and private and any personal details (which are kept to a bare minimum) will always be stored on a password protected file or in a locked filing cabinet.All details discussed in the sessions are also strictly confidential and will not be mentioned out of session.

The only time I am legally bound to disclose any information is if information shared in the session is of an illegal nature or actions intended to be taken which are to cause physical harm towards another person.

Q: What about couples or business partners?

A: I have worked with many couples at separate times and again, no information is shared regardless of request. Please note though, if a client was to continually request information on their partner, this would be in breach of contract and if the initial request by the coach to refrain from asking was ignored, future sessions would be cancelled.

Q: Do you offer a complimentary session?

A: I do offer a complimentary session, though this must be applied for through the online form CLICK HERE . There is no fee for the initial consultation if pre agreed. However if a person cancels with 48 hours notice then there will be a full fee for the next booking. A maximum of 2 free consultations can be cancelled in succession before a full charge is applied. Please note that the initial consultation will only be to answer questions about the coaching and not be to offer coaching advice or education.

Q: Is coaching over the telephone effective and how does it work?

A: Coaching over the phone is the exact same process as in person. Coaching over the telephone is as effective as in person coaching with the added advantage of its flexibility, I have worked with many clients over the phone from across the UK and internationally
The calls can either be taken over Skype (internet required) , mobile or land-line.

Q: Are there any requirements during the sessions?

A: Depending upon a clients requirements, will depend upon the coaches suggestions, these are only suggestions and the coach will suggest for the client to book further sessions on how they feel, it is entirely the clients choice.
The average coaching plan suggestion will be 6 sessions. If results are achieved in less time future sessions can be cancelled and any outstanding monies will be returned.
The coach will always suggest the client abides by the following guidelines…

To make continual notes in and out of session. Clients who do not make notes usually gain less benefits and restrict progress.

Drink plenty of water, dehydration can slow results.

Be punctual, if a client is late, they will only cut into their own time (full session fees may still apply at the coach’s discretion if the client is late).

Full commitment and honesty! All sessions are completely confidential.

Q: How will I know if the coaching has been effective?

A: With coaching, results are more measured on how a person will feel and the confidence, motivation and energy levels they have during and after. Usually our clients notice a desire to be more out going, get the tasks done, take on new challenges or a general feeling of inner peace.

To note, sometimes the coaching sessions will feel that there is continual growth and will be elating, however sometimes it can feel as though there is not much change and then all of a sudden life will just leap forward and big changes seem to appear overnight.
However as the session progress feel free to ask for feedback and each stage will be explained.
